     In order to conform with the guidelines of the California Department of Pesticide Regulations, all sales of pesticide products sold into the state of California are subject to a 2.175% tax called the "Mill Tax".  These taxes will be collected in the form of sales tax on products that fall into this category.  These are pesticide products that are overseen by the EPA.  FDA regulated products sold on this site do not fall into this category. Examples of  such products subject to a 2.175% California State Mill assesment are Frontline Plus, Advantage, K9 Advantix, Promeris, etc.  Examples of Products that do not fall into this category are Heartgard Plus, Interceptor, Capstar, etc.  

You, the consumer, agree to only use medications or pesticides with your pet that you have used before and know that your pet does not have any adverse reactions to (Or have been prescribed by your veterinarian).  You are responsible for the care and well being of your pet.  As with any medication, If your pet experiences any adverse reaction, contact your veterinarian immediately.

Returns are at the expence of the buyer.  All returns or order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation or restocking fee.  This will be deducted from the refund.  If shipping was free on returned item, $2.95 will be deducted for each item returned (with free shipping) plus the 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

EPA guidelines mandate that the pesticides be sold in their original, factory sealed, EPA registed and approved packaging. It is up to you, the buyer, to make sure you abide by the EPA regulations as it pertains to the use of these products.  For more information, please visit the Environmental Protection Agency website at www.epa.gov  .

Prescriptions orders are taken by No More Fleas Please, Inc.  Prescriptions are filled by Village Pharmacy.  Prescription medications may not be returned and are non refundable.  All prescription sales are final.  If a mistake was made by No More Fleas Please, Inc. or Village Pharmacy, it will be corrected at the expense of No More Fleas Please, Inc. or Village Pharmacy respectively.  Prescription purchases cannot and will not be shipped unless a legitimate Doctor's prescription form or our completed prescription request form is provided.  In the case that a prescription is not provided or is cancelled by the buyer, the refund is subject to the 15% order cancellation fee or, we can offer an online merchandise gift certificate for the full amount.  The merchandise gift certificate will be good for 6 months.
